In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 3 October 2025, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

1. the section of Leung Tak Street eastbound from a point about 80 metres east from its junction with Tsun Wen Road northbound to a point about 170 metres south of the same junction;
2. the section of Leung Tak Street westbound from a point about 165 metres west from its junction with Leung Wan Street northbound to a point about 190 metres west of the same junction;
3. the western kerbside lane of Leung Tak Street northbound from a point about 190 metres west from its junction with Leung Wan Street northbound to a point about 230 metres north of the same junction; and
4. the eastern kerbside lane of Leung Tak Street northbound from a point about 190 metres west from its junction with Leung Wan Street northbound to a point about 245 metres north of the same junction.

    Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-

1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
2. loading or unloading goods.

    The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
