In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 3 October 2025 to 6.00 p.m. on 31 December 2025, the following road sections will be temporarily designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

1. 1. the section of Fat Tseung Street southbound from its junction with Lai Chi Kok Road westbound to a point about 170 metres south of the same junction;
      
      
   2. the section of Fat Tseung Street northbound from its junction with Yee Kuk Street to a point about 33 metres north of the same junction;
      
      
   3. the section of Yee Kuk Street between Fat Tseung Street and Tan Lai Street; and
      
      
   4. the section of Tan Lai Street from its junction with Yee Kuk Street to a point about 15 metres south of the same junction.

         Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

            (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

            (b)  loading or unloading goods.

         The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

         At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be temporarily rescinded.
