In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 13 October 2025 to 6.00 pm on 24 December 2025, the southern kerbside lane of Wong Tai Sin Road westbound from a point about 25 metres west of its junction with the unnamed access road to Wong Tai Sin Temple to a point about 95 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily designated as restricted zone 24 hours daily.

      Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

            (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

            (b)  loading or unloading goods.

      The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.

      At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
