TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTICE
Special Traffic Arrangements in Sheung Wan

        Notice is hereby given that to facilitate holding of an event, the following special traffic arrangements will be implemented in Sheung Wan from 8.00 am to 12.00 noon on 12 October 2025:

A.     Road Closure

1. 1. 1. Bonham Strand between Wing Lok Street and Hillier Street;
      2. Morrison Street between Queen's Road Central and Wing Lok Street;
      3. Cleverly Street between Jervois Street and Wing Lok Street; and
      4. Possession Street.

B.     Intermittent Road Closure

1. 1. 1. Queen's Road Central between Morrison Street and Possession Street; and
      2. Hollywood Road between Possession Street and Shing Wong Street.

C.      Traffic Diversion

1. 1. 1. Affected vehicles on Wing Lok Street eastbound will be diverted via Bonham Strand southbound;
      2. Affected vehicles on Bonham Strand westbound will be diverted via Hillier Street northbound;
      3. Affected vehicles on Wing Lok Street westbound will be diverted via Morrison Street northbound;
      4. Affected vehicles on Cleverly Street southbound will be diverted via Wing Lok Street westbound; and
      5. Vehicles on Queen's Road Central westbound will be banned from making left turn onto Possession Street or making right turn onto Morrison Street.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be provided on-site to guide motorists.
