ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
PROHIBITED ZONE FOR VEHICLES EXCEEDING 3 TONNES IN GROSS WEIGHT ON HARBOUR DRIVE, WAN CHAI

         In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 24 October 2025, Harbour Drive southbound will be designated as prohibited zone for all motor vehicles exceeding 3 tonnes in gross weight 24 hours daily.

          Drivers of motor vehicles, except taxis, private cars, those for access and those with permits issued by the Commissioner of Transport, will be prohibited from driving vehicles exceeding 3 tonnes in gross weight into the above prohibited zone.

    The extent of the prohibited zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
