ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
TEMPORARY RESTRICTED ZONES IN NGAN HON STREET AND WING KWONG STREET, TO KWA WAN

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 10 October 2025 to 6.00 pm on 9 December 2025, the following road sections will be temporary designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

1. 1. the section of Ngan Hon Street from its junction with Wing Kwong Street to a point about 20 metres east of the same junction; and
      
      
   2. the section of Wing Kwong Street from its junction with Ngan Hon Street to a point about 40 metres south of the same junction.

        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

            (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

            (b)  loading or unloading goods.

       The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
