In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 27(1) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 6.30 am on 12 October 2025, the following road sections in Lok Ma Chau will be closed to all motor vehicles 24 hours daily, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport:-

1. the section of Innovation and Technology Park Road between Ha Wan Tsuen East Road and the Elevated Public Transport Interchange in Lok Ma Chau Spur Line Control Point; and
2. all roads in the Elevated Public Transport Interchange in Lok Ma Chau Spur Line Control Point.

　　The extent of the closed roads will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
