In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 3.00 pm on 7 November 2025 to 3.00 pm on 28 February 2026, the section of Clear Water Bay Road westbound from its junction with Razor Hill Road to a point about 200 metres west of the same junction will continue to be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

        Appropriate traffic signs have been erected on site to guide motorists.

        At the same time, the existing speed limit of 70 kilometres per hour on the above road section will continue to be temporarily rescinded.
