Temporary Traffic Arrangements on Fanling Highway


Motorists are advised that, to facilitate road works, the following traffic lanes of Fanling Highway (westbound) will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic on 24 October (Friday), 31 October (Friday), 5 November (Wednesday), 7 November (Friday), 12 November (Wednesday), 14 November (Friday), 19 November (Wednesday), 26 November (Wednesday), 3 December (Wednesday), 5 December (Friday), and 10 December 2025 (Wednesday) during the following periods:

From 12 a.m. to 1 a.m.

The leftmost lane of Fanling Highway (westbound) from a point about 600 meters west of its junction with Kai Leng Roundabout to a point about 1650 meters west of the same junction.

From 1 a.m. to 5:30 a.m.
  1. The two rightmost lanes of Fanling Highway (westbound) from a point about 300 meters east of its junction with Kai Leng Roundabout to a point about 600 meters west of the same junction; and
  2. The two leftmost lanes of Fanling Highway (westbound) from a point about 600 meters west of its junction with Kai Leng Roundabout to a point about 1650 meters west of the same junction.

Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions on site and drive with utmost care.
