In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 27 October 2025 to 6.00 pm on 31 December 2026, the following sections of Tin Ying Road will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour:

1. the section of Tin Ying Road northbound from a point about 190 metres south of its junction with Tin Wah Road to a point about 70 metres north of the same junction; and
2. the section of Tin Ying Road southbound from a point about 250 metres north of its junction with Tin Wah Road to a point about 50 metres south of the same junction.

　　Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists.

　　At the same time, the existing speed limit of 70 kilometres per hour on the above road sections will be temporarily rescinded.
