ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
EXTENSION OF TEMPORARY RESTRICTED ZONE ON SAIGON STREET, YAU MA TEI

       In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulation, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 6.01 am on 30 October 2025 to 6.00 am on 5 December 2025, the section of Saigon Street from a point about 10 metres east of its junction with Woosung Street to a point about 35 metres east of the same junction will continue to be temporarily designated as restricted zone 24 hours daily.

       Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

             (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

             (b)  loading or unloading goods.

       The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
