In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 0.00 am on 1 November 2025 to 11.59 pm on 30 April 2026, the following road sections will continue to be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour:-

        (a) Shek Pai Wan Road southbound from a point about 25 metres south of lamp post number 42174 to lamp post number 34396; and
        (b) Shek Pai Wan Road northbound from lamp post number 49139 to lamp post number 34339.

        Appropriate traffic signs have been erected on site to guide motorists.

        At the same time, the existing speed limit of 70 kilometres per hour on the above road sections will continue to be temporarily rescinded.
