TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTICE
Temporary Traffic Arrangements on Jaffe Road, Wan Chai

       Notice is hereby given that the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented to facilitate the holding of an event at Jaffe Road on 20 October 2025:

From 10.00 pm to 1.00 pm the following day on 19 October 2025

Suspension of Parking Spaces
All metered parking spaces, parking spaces designated for the disabled and motorcycle parking spaces on Jaffe Road between Fleming Road and Stewart Road will be temporarily suspended.

From 7.30 am to 1.00 pm on 20 October 2025

A. Road Closure
The section of Jaffe Road between Fleming Road and Stewart Road will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

B. Turning Movement Arrangement
i. All vehicles along Gloucester Road westbound will be prohibited from making left turn onto Fleming Road southbound; and
ii. All vehicles along Fleming Road northbound will be prohibited to make u-turn onto Fleming Road southbound.

C. Traffic Diversion
i. Affected vehicles along Jaffe Road eastbound will be diverted via Fleming Road, Gloucester Road westbound, O'Brien Road, Lockhart Road eastbound and Stewart Road northbound; and
ii. Affected vehicles along Gloucester Road westbound will be diverted via O'Brien Road, Lockhart Road eastbound and Stewart Road northbound.
