ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
TEMPORARY RESTRICTED ZONE ON TAK HING STREET, JORDAN

      In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulation, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 24 October 2025 to 6.00 pm on 31 December 2025, the section of Tak Hing Street from a point about 20 metres south of its junction with Jordan Road to a point about 100 metres south of the same junction will be temporarily designated as restricted zone 24 hours daily.

       Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

             (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

             (b)  loading or unloading goods.

       The extent of the restricted zone has been indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.

       At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road section will continue to be rescinded.
