ROAD TRAFFIC ORDINANCE (Chapter 374)
Extension of Temporary Speed Limit on Chek Lap Kok Road

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 6.00 p.m. on 1 November 2025 to 6.00 p.m. on 31 January 2026, the section of Chek Lap Kok Road northbound from a point about 1,400 metres north of its junction with East Coast Road to a point about 1,900 metres north of the same junction will continue to be temporarily subject to a speed limited of 50 kilometres per hour.

        At the same time, the existing speed limit on the above section of road will continue to be temporarily rescinded.

        Appropriate traffic signs have been erected on site to guide motorists.
