In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10:00 am on 31 October 2025, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

1. 1. the northern kerbside lane of On Yan Street from a point about 185 metres west of its northern junction with On Sau Road to a point about 300 metres west of the same junction (except the general loading and unloading areas and motorcycle parking spaces);
      
      
   2. the southern kerbside lane of On Yan Street from a point about 180 metres west of its northern junction with On Sau Road to a point about 220 metres west of the same junction; and
      
      
   3. the southern kerbside lane of On Yan Street from a point about 280 metres west of its northern junction with On Sau Road to a point about 335 metres west of the same junction.

       Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

             (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

       The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

       At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be rescinded.
