TRAFFIC ADVICE
Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on Chater Road and Des Voeux Road Central, Central

        Members of the public are advised that to facilitate works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Chater Road and Des Voeux Road Central during the periods specified below:

A.     Lane Closure

The section of the leftmost and second leftmost lanes of Chater Road outside Statue Square will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic from 1.30 am to 5.30 am daily on 30, 31 October and 3 to 5 November 2025.

B.     Bus Services Arrangements

From 1.30 am to 5.30 am daily on 30, 31 October and 3 to 5 November 2025

1. 1. 1. The bus stop of CTB Route Nos. 5B and 10 on Chater Road outside Statue Square will be temporarily suspended; and
         
         
      2. CTB Route Nos. 5B and 10 will be diverted via Des Voeux Road Central, Queensway and resumed original routeing. Temporary bus stop will be provided on Des Voeux Road Central outside Alexandra House and Chater Garden.

From 1.30 am to 5.30 am daily on 6 and 7 November 2025

1. 1. 1. The bus stop of CTB Route Nos. N8X, N90, Cross Harbour Route Nos. N121, N182, N680, N691 and N969 on Des Voeux Road Central outside Statue Square will be temporarily suspended; and
         
         
      2. The bus stop of CTB Route No. N11, Cross Harbour Route Nos. N307, N368, N373 and N619 on Des Voeux Road Central outside Statue Square will be temporarily relocated to Des Voeux Road Central outside Chater Garden.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be provided on-site to guide motorists. The bus companies will display notices to advise passengers of the above arrangements.
