ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
TEMPORARY RESTRICTED ZONE ON MODY ROAD, TSIM SHA TSUI
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 10 November 2025 to 4.00 pm on 14 November 2025, the section of Mody Road from its junction with Blenheim Avenue to a point about 70 metres east of the same junction will be temporarily designated as restricted zone from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm daily.
Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; orThe extent of the restricted zone have been indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
