ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
RESTRICTED ZONES ON WING SING LANE AND SHANGHAI STREET, YAU MA TEI

         In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 31 October 2025, the following road sections will be designate as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

    1. The southern kerbside lane of Wing Sing Lane from its eastern junction with Shanghai Street to a point about 15 metres east of the same junction; and

    2. The eastern kerbside lane of Shanghai Street from its eastern junction with Wing Sing Lane to a point about 20 metres south of the same junction。

         Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

            (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

            (b)  loading or unloading goods.

         The extent of the restricted zones have been indicated by appropriate road markings.

         At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road section will be rescinded.
