In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 7 November 2025, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

1. 1. the western kerbside lane of Liu To Road from a point about 45 metres north of its junction with Tsing Yi Road West to a point about 85 metres north of the same junction;
   2. the western kerbside lane of Liu To Road from a point about 90 metres north of its junction with Tsing Yi Road West to a point about 110 metres north of the same junction;
   3. the northern kerbside lane of Tsing Yip Street from its junction with Tsing Luk Street to a point about 35 metres west of the same junction;
   4. the western kerbside lane of Tsing Luk Street from its junction with Tsing Yip Street to a point about 35 metres north of the same junction;
   5. the western kerbside lane of Tsing Luk Street from a point about 55 metres north of its junction with Tsing Yip Street to a point about 105 metres north of the same junction;
   6. the eastern kerbside lane of Tsing Luk Street from a point about 40 metres north of its junction with Tsing Yip Street to a point about 90 metres north of the same junction;
   7. the northern kerbside lane of Tsing Luk Street from a point about 10 metres west of its junction with the carpark ingress of Tsing Yi Garden to a point about 10 metres east of the same junction;
   8. the northern kerbside lane of Cheung Wan Street from a point about 40 metres east of its junction with Tsing Yi Heung Sze Wui Road to a point about 70 metres east of the same junction;
   9. the northern kerbside lane of Chung Mei Road from its junction with Tsing Yi Heung Sze Wui Road to a point about 25 metres west of the same junction;
   10. the western kerbside lane of Tsing Yi Heung Sze Wui Road from its junction with Chung Mei Road to a point about 60 metres north of the same junction; and
   11. the eastern kerbside lane of Tsing Yi Heung Sze Wui Road from its junction with Cheung Wan Street to a point about 315 metres south of the same junction.

            Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

1. 1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
   2. loading or unloading goods.

            The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

            At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be rescinded.
