In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10:00 am on 7 November 2025, the western kerbside lane of On Sau Road from a point about 200 metres north of its northern junction with On Chui Street to a point about 300 metres north of the same junction will be designated as a restricted zone from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm daily.
Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised bus and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
At the same time, the existing restricted zone from 7:00 am to 12:00 midnight daily on the above road section will be rescinded.
