ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
TEMPORARY RESTRICTED ZONE ON HILL ROAD, WESTERN DISTRICT

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 7 November 2025 to 6.00 pm on 31 December 2025, the southern kerbside lane of Hill Road from a point about 110 metres west of its junction with Pok Fu Lam Road to a point about 125 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily designated as a restricted zone 24 hours daily.

        Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from: -

(a) Picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) Loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
