In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 7 November 2025, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:-

1. 1. the western kerbside lane of Hoi Ting Road northbound from a point about 100 metres east of its junction with Hoi Wang Road southbound (near Charming Garden Block 18) to a point about 290 metres north of the same junction;
      
      
   2. the western kerbside lane of Hoi Ting Road northbound from a point about 210 metres north of its junction with Hoi Ting Road eastbound (near Po Leung Kuk Camoes Tan Siu Lin Primary School) to a point about 300 metres north of the same junction;
      
      
   3. the western kerbside lane of Hoi Ting Road northbound from a point about 90 metres east of its junction with Hoi Wang Road southbound (near Hoi Wen House) to a point 210 metres south of the same junction;
      
      
   4. the northern kerbside lane of Hoi Ting Road eastbound from a point about 80 metres east of its junction with Hoi Wang Road southbound (near Olympian City Three) to a point about 120 metres east of the same junction;
      
      
   5. the eastern kerbside lane of Hoi Ting Road southbound from a point about 155 metres east of its junction with Hoi Wang Road southbound (near The Hermitage Tower 1) to a point about 225 metres south of the same junction;
      
      
   6. the eastern kerbside lane of Hoi Ting Road southbound from a point about 300 metres east of its junction with Hoi Wang Road southbound (near Hoi Tai House) to a point about 380 metres south of the same junction;
      
      
   7. the eastern kerbside lane of Hoi Wang Road southbound from its junction with Hoi Ting Road westbound (near Hoi Lam House) to a point about 160 metres south of the same junction;
      
      
   8. the eastern kerbside lane of Hoi Wang Road southbound from its junction with Hoi Ting Road eastbound (near Charming Garden Block 11) to a point about 130 metres north of the same junction;
      
      
   9. the eastern kerbside lane of Hoi Wang Road southbound from a point about 15 metres east of its junction with Hoi Ting Road eastbound to a point about 65 metres south of the same junction;
      
      
   10. the northern kerbside lane of Lai Cheung Road eastbound from its junction with Hoi Wang Road southbound (near The Hong Kong Polytechnic University West Kowloon Campus) to a point about 150 metres east of the same junction;
       
       
   11. the western kerbside lane of Hoi Wang Road northbound from its junction with the unnamed access road of Mong Kok (Park Avenue) Bus Terminus to a point about 15 metres north of the same junction;
       
       
   12. the northern kerbside lane of unnamed access road of Mong Kok (Park Avenue) Bus Terminus from its junction with Hoi Wang Road northbound to a point about 15 metres west of the same junction;
       
       
   13. the western kerbside lane of Hoi Ting Road westbound from a point about 90 metres west of its junction with Hoi Wang Road northbound (near Central Park Tower 2) to a point about 390 metres west of the same junction; and
       
       
   14. the eastern kerbside lane of Hoi Ting Road eastbound from a point about 85 metres west of its junction with Hoi Wang Road northbound (near Central Park Tower 2) to a point about 255 metres west of the same junction.

        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-

           (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

           (b)  loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.

        At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be rescinded.
