In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 12.01 am to 6.00 am daily on 14, 19, 21, 26, 28 November, 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19 and 24 December 2025, the following road sections will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour:-

1. The section of Yuen Long Highway northbound from about chainage marker 47.7A to about chainage marker 45.6A; and
2. The section of slip road of Kong Sham Western Highway southbound from its junction with Yuen Long Highway northbound to a point about 480 metres west of the same junction.

    Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

    At the same time, the existing speed limit of 80 kilometres per hour on the above road sections will be temporarily rescinded.
