Motorists are advised that to facilitate works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will continue to be implemented on Hi Lung Lane from 6.01 pm on 17 November 2025 to 6.00 pm on 28 November 2025:

1. Road Closure

The section of Hi Lung Lane between Temple Street and Arthur Street will be temporarily closed to all vehicles.

   2. Banning of Turning Movement

All vehicles from Temple Street will be prohibited from making right turn movement onto Hi Lung Lane.

   3. Traffic Diversion

Affected vehicles from Temple Street heading to Hi Lung Lane will be diverted via Temple Street northbound, Man Ming Lane eastbound and Arthur Street southbound.

   4. Temporary Relocation of Metered Parking Spaces

3 metered parking spaces (nos. 5175B, 5176A and 5176B) on Hi Lung Lane will continue to be temporarily relocated to Portland Street near Portland Street / Man Ming Lane sitting out area.

   Appropriate traffic signs and road markings will be erected on site to guide motorists.
