In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 7.00 am on 20 November 2025 to 7.00 pm on 15 December 2025, the northern kerbside lane of Wang Chiu Road from a point about 100 metres east of its junction with Wang Kwong Road to a point about 150 metres east of the same junction will be designated as a restricted zone from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm daily.

            Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses, taxis and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

            (a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
            (b) loading or unloading goods.

           The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

            At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
