In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m. of the following day daily on 14 and 15 November 2025, the following road sections of Tsing Long Highway will be temporarily subject to the speed limits as described below:

    (i) The section of Tsing Long Highway northbound from about chainage marker 24.5 to about chainage marker 24.8 will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 70 kilometres per hour; and
   (ii) The section of Tsing Long Highway northbound from about chainage marker 24.8 to about chainage marker 26.4 will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

        At the same time, the existing speed limit on the above road sections will be temporarily rescinded.
