In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 2.00 am to 11.00 am on 15 November 2025, the westbound slip road of Kong Sham Western Highway from its junction with Yuen Long Highway southbound to a point about 500 metres south of the same junction will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

    Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

    At the same time, the existing speed limit of 80 kilometres per hour on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
