Motorists are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on Kai Cheung Road from 1.00 am to 5.30 am daily between 17 and 20 November 2025:-
A. Road Closure
The slip road leading from Kai Cheung Road westbound to Kai Fuk Road westbound will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.
B. Traffic Diversion
Affected vehicles on Kai Cheung Road westbound heading to East Kowloon Corridor will be diverted via the U-turn slip road of Kai Cheung Road near the site of former Kowloonbay International Trade and Exhibition Centre, Kai Cheung Road eastbound, Kai Shing Street northbound, Shing Kai Road westbound, To Kwa Wan Road southbound, San Shan Road westbound and East Kowloon Corridor.
Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to observe the instruction and drive with utmost care.
