Members of the public are advised that to facilitate lifting works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Fung Shue Wo Road and Tsing Yip Street from 12.00 a.m. to 5.00 a.m. on 16 and 30 November 2025:

(I)         Road and Lane Closure

1. 1. The section of Fung Shue Wo Road southbound between Tsing Yip Street and Fung Shue Wo Road roundabout will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic; and
   2. The slow lane of Tsing Yip Street westbound from its junction with Fung Shue Wo Road to a point about 60 metres east of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

(II)       Banning of Turning Movement

1. 1. All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making left turn from Tsing Yip Street westbound onto Fung Shue Wo Road southbound;
   2. All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making right turn from Tsing Yu Street eastbound onto Fung Shue Wo Road southbound; and
   3. All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making right turn from Tsing Sum Street eastbound onto Fung Shue Wo Road southbound.

(III)       Traffic Diversion

1. 1. Affected vehicles on Tsing Yip Street westbound heading for Tsing King Road or Tsing Yi Heung Sze Wui Road will be diverted to travel via Fung Shue Wo Road northbound, Tam Kon Shan Interchange, Fung Shue Wo Road southbound, Tsing Yip Street eastbound and Tsing Luk Street southbound;
   2. Affected vehicles on Tsing Yu Street eastbound or Tsing Sum Street eastbound heading for Tsing King Road or Tsing Yi Heung Sze Wui Road will be diverted to travel via Fung Shue Wo Road northbound, Tsing Yip Street eastbound and Tsing Luk Street southbound; and
   3. Affected vehicles on Fung Shue Wo Road southbound heading for Tsing King Road or Tsing Yi Heung Sze Wui Road will be diverted to travel via Tsing Yip Street eastbound and Tsing Luk Street southbound.

(IV)      Temporary Public Transport Service Arrangement

    Diversion of Bus and GMB routes

1. 1. KMB Route Nos. 41R (Cheung Ching Estate bound), 42C (Cheung Hang Estate bound), 43B (Cheung Ching Estate bound), 44 (Tsing Yi Estate bound), 44M (Kwai Chung Estate bound), 49X (Tsing Yi Ferry bound), 241X (Cheung Ching Estate bound), 243M (Mayfair Gardens bound), N241 (Hung Hom Station bound) and SP3 (Ching Fu Court bound) will be diverted to travel via Tsing Yip Street eastbound, Tsing Luk Street southbound and Tsing King Road southbound before resuming their original routeings; and
   2. NT GMB Route No. 88 (Kwai Fong Station bound) will be diverted to travel via Tsing Luk Street southbound and Tsing King Road southbound before resuming its original routeings.

            Relocation of Bus and GMB stops

1. 1. The bus stop of KMB Route Nos. 41R, 42C, 43B, 44, 44M, 49X, 241X, 243M, N241 and SP3 on Fung Shue Wo Road southbound near Yee Yip House, Tsing Yi Estate will be temporarily relocated to Tsing Luk Street opposite to Tsing Yi Estate Commercial Complex;
   2. The bus stop of KMB Route Nos. 41R, 42C, 43B, 44, 44M, 49X, 241X, 243M N241 and SP3 on Fung Shue Wo Road southbound near Greenview Villa will be temporarily relocated to Tsing Luk Street near Tsing Yi Town Family Medicine Clinic;
   3. The GMB stop of NT GMB Route No. 88 on Fung Shue Wo Road southbound near Yee Yip House, Tsing Yi Estate will be temporarily relocated to Tsing Luk Street opposite to Tsing Yi Estate Commercial Complex; and
   4. The GMB stop of NT GMB Route No. 88 on Fung Shue Wo Road southbound near Greenview Villa will be temporarily relocated to Tsing Luk Street near Tsing Yi Town Family Medicine Clinic.

Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Notices will be displayed by the public transport operators to advise passengers of the above temporary arrangements.
