In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 5.30 am on 16 November 2025, the following road sections in Kwun Tong will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:-

1. 1. The unnamed road between Fuk Tong Road and Kwun Tong Road;
      
      
   2. The southern kerbside lane of Fuk Tong Road from a point about 28 metres west of its junction with Tsui Ping Road to a point about 40 metres west of the same junction; and
      
      
   3. The northern kerbside lane of Fuk Tong Road from a point about 28 metres west of its junction with Tsui Ping Road to a point about 40 metres west of the same junction.

      Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from: -

           (a) picking up or setting down passengers; or

           (b) loading or unloading goods.

      The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic sings and road markings.

      At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be temporarily rescinded.
