Motorists are advised that to facilitate drainage works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented in Yau Tong from 6.00 pm on 20 November 2025 to 6.00 pm on 20 February 2026.

   (1) Lane Closure

The following traffic lanes will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic:

1. The slow lane of Ko Fai Road eastbound of about 60 metres near Well Town Industrial Building;
2. The slow lane of Ko Fai Road westbound of about 50 metres near Well Town Industrial Building; and
3. The slow lane of Ko Fai Road westbound of about 25 metres near Yau Tong Sewage Pumping Station.

   (2) Relocation of Metered Parking Spaces

5 metered parking spaces (nos. 12613B, 12614A, 12614B, 12615A and 12615B) on the southern kerbside lane of Ko Fai Road westbound near its cul-de-sac will be temporarily relocated to the northern kerbside lane of Ko Fai Road eastbound from a point about 20 metres east of its junction with Tung Yuen Street to a point about 50 metres east of the same junction.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to observe the instruction and drive with utmost care.
