Motorists are advised that to facilitate watermain works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on Yip Fung Street, Fanling from 7.00 am on 20 November 2025 to 7.00 am on 19 January 2026:

(I) Lane Closure

The southern kerbside lane of Yip Fung Street from a point about 75 metres west of its junction with Yip Wo Street to a point about 125 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

(II) Temporary Suspension of Overnight Goods Vehicle Parking Spaces

The overnight goods vehicle parking spaces on the northern kerbside lane of Yip Fung Street from a point about 95 metres west of its junction with Yip Wo Street to a point about 145 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily suspended.

          Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
