Motorists are advised that to facilitate road resurfacing works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented in Lam Tin from 10.30 pm on 14 November 2025 to 6.00 am on 15 November 2025.

(1) Lane Closure

Pik Wan Road northbound from a point about 10 metres south of its junction with the unnamed access road leading to Lung Pak House to a point about 170 metres south of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

1. 1. The bus stops on Pik Wan Road northbound outside Lung Pak House for KMB Route Nos. 16, 16X, 214, 215X, 216M, 603, 613, 88X, N214 and N216, CTB Route Nos. A26 and N26 will be temporarily relocated about 50 metres northward;
   2. The GMB stops on Pik Wan Road northbound outside Lung Pak House for Kowloon GMB Route Nos. 24, 24M, 62S, 63, 76A and 87 will be temporarily relocated about 75 metres northward;
   3. The bus stops on Pik Wan Road southbound outside Kwong Tin Shopping Centre for KMB Route Nos. 16, 16X, 214, 215X, 216M, 603, 613, 88X and N216, CTB Route Nos. A26 and N26 will be temporarily relocated about 60 metres southward;
   4. The GMB stops on Pik Wan Road southbound outside Kwong Tin Shopping Centre for Kowloon GMB Route Nos. 24 and 24M will be temporarily relocated about 50 metres southward; and
   5. The taxi stand outside Kwong Tin Shopping Centre will be temporarily suspended.

       Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to observe the instruction and drive with utmost care. Notices will also be displayed by public transport operators to advise passengers of the above arrangements.
