In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that the section of San Tin Highway southbound between about chainage marker 35.9B and about chainage marker 37.0B will continue to be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 80 kilometres per hour from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am of the following day daily between 24 November 2025 and 24 December 2025 (except Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).

　　Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists.

　　At the same time, the existing speed limit of 100 kilometres per hour on the above road section will continue to be temporarily rescinded.
