In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374 sub. leg. G, I hereby direct that with effect from 6.00 p.m. on 29 December 2025 to 6.00 p.m. on 7 February 2026, the eastern and western kerbside lanes of Pik Fung Road from its junction with Ka Siu Close to a point about 130 metres south of the same junction will continue to be temporarily designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily.

          Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
2. loading or unloading goods.

          The extent of the temporary restricted zones have been indicated by appropriate road markings.

          At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road section will continue to be temporarily rescinded.
