TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTICE
Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on Victoria Road and Sai Ning Street, Western District

        Notice is hereby given that to facilitate construction works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Victoria Road and Sai Ning Street from 1.00 am to 5.30 am on 23 and 30 November 2025:

A.     Traffic Arrangements

1. 1. 1. The section of Victoria Road near Sai Ning Street will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic; and
      2. The section of Sai Ning Street near Victoria Road will be temporarily converted from two-lane two-way traffic into one-lane two-way traffic.

B.     Traffic Diversion

Affected vehicles on Victoria Road or Sai Ning Street will be diverted via the access road between Victoria Road and Sai Ning Street.

C.     Bus Diversion

CTB Route Nos. 5B, 10, N8X, Cross Harbour Route Nos. 101 and 104 heading for or departing from Kennedy Town (Sai Ning Street) Bus Terminus will be diverted via Victoria Road westbound, roundabout and Victoria Road eastbound.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be provided on-site to guide motorists. The bus companies will display notices to advise passengers of the above arrangements.
