In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that the section of San Tin Highway southbound between about chainage marker 34.8B and about chainage marker 35.6B will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 80 kilometres per hour between 12 midnight and 6.00 am daily on 12 and 13 December 2025.

　　Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists.

　　At the same time, the existing speed limit of 100 kilometres per hour on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
