In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 28 November 2025, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

1. the eastern kerbside lane of Hing Kwai Street southbound from its junction with Tsun Wen Road eastbound to a point about 34 metres north of the same junction; and
2. the northern kerbside lane of Tsun Wen Road eastbound from its junction with Hing Kwai Street southbound to a point about 16 metres east of the same junction.

    Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-

1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
2. loading or unloading goods.

    The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

    At the same time, the restricted zones gazetted on 19 October 2018 under G.N. No. 8044 will be rescinded.
