In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 8.00 am on 2 December 2025 to 8.00 am on 13 February 2026, the following road sections will be temporarily designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

1. 1. the northern kerbside lane of the carriageway of Po Yick Street from a point about 5 metres west of its junction with Po Yick Lane to a point about 40 metres west of the same junction; and
   2. the southern kerbside lane of the carriageway of Po Yick Street from its junction with Po Yick Lane to a point about 40 metres west of the same junction.

        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

1. 1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
   2. loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
