In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 0.01 am on 1 December 2025 to 6.00 am on 5 December 2025, the section of Lung Cheung Road westbound from a point about 45 metres west of its junction with Chuk Yuen Road to a point about 410 metres west of the same junction will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour, in order to facilitate road works.

         Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

         At the same time, the existing speed limit of 70 kilometres per hour on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
