ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
TEMPORARY RESTRICTED ZONES ON HUNG LUEN ROAD, HUNG HOM


        In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 6.00 pm on 1 December 2025 to 6.00 pm on 22 December 2025, the following road sections will be temporarily designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

    1. The northern kerbside lane of Hung Luen Road from its southern junction with Oi King Street to a point about 130 metres east of the same junction; and

    2. The southern kerbside lane of Hung Luen Road from a point about 75 metres east of its junction with Kin Wan Street to a point about 145 metres east of the same junction.

        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

           (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

           (b)  loading or unloading goods.

       The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.

       At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be temporarily rescinded.
