Members of the public are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Clear Water Bay Road from 10.30 pm to 5.30 am of the following day daily during the period from 28 November to 1 December 2025:-
The section of Choi Hung Interchange between Clear Water Bay Road westbound and Prince Edward Road East westbound will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.
Affected motorists on Clear Water Bay Road westbound heading for Mong Kok and Hong Kong will be diverted via the section of Choi Hung Interchange between Clear Water Bay Road westbound and Kwun Tong Road eastbound, Kwun Tong Road eastbound, Fuk To Street eastbound, Ngau Tau Kok Road westbound, Kwun Tong Road westbound and Prince Edward Road East westbound.
KMB Route Nos. 26, 27, 42, 92R, 213D and Kowloon GMB Route No. 49 will be diverted via the section of Choi Hung Interchange between Clear Water Bay Road westbound and Kwun Tong Road eastbound, Kwun Tong Road eastbound, Fuk To Street eastbound, Ngau Tau Kok Road westbound, Kwun Tong Road westbound and Prince Edward Road East westbound before resuming their original routings.
Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. The public transport operators will display notices to advise passengers of the above temporary arrangement in advance.
