In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that the section of Fanling Highway westbound between about chainage marker 30.94B and about chainage marker 31.28B will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 80 kilometres per hour from 0.01 am to 5.30 am daily on 9, 10, 11 and 12 December 2025.

　　Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists.

　　At the same time, the existing speed limit of 100 kilometres per hour on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
