In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 29 November 2025, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

1. 1. the northern kerbside lane of Tsing Sum Street eastbound from a point about 90 metres west of its junction with Fung Shue Wo Road to a point about 135 metres west of the same junction; and
   2. the southern kerbside lane of Tsing Sum Street eastbound from a point about 105 metres west of its junction with Fung Shue Wo Road to a point about 155 metres west of the same junction.

            Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

1. 1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
   2. loading or unloading goods.

            The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

            At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road sections will be rescinded.
