Members of the public are advised that to facilitate the construction of footbridge at Ying Yip Road, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented from 12:30 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. on 7 December 2025:

A. Road Closure

    The road section on Ying Yip Road from its junction with Chak Fuk Road to Ying Yip Road roundabout will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

B. Traffic Diversion

1. Affected vehicles on Ying Yip Road northbound heading to Clear Water Bay will be diverted via Po Ning Road eastbound and Hang Hau Road northbound; and
2. Affected vehicles on Ying Yip Road southbound heading to Hang Hau will be diverted via Hang Hau Road southbound and Po Ning Road westbound.

          Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
