TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTICE
Temporary Traffic Arrangements on Island Eastern Corridor Eastbound, North Point

        Notice is hereby given that, to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented from 0.00 am to 6.00 am daily on 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, 30 December 2025 and 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, 13, 18, 19 and 20 January 2026.

I. Temporary Traffic Arrangements

(i) Road Closure

The slip road leading from Island Eastern Corridor ("IEC") eastbound to Java Road near Man Hong Street will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

(ii) Traffic Diversion

Affected vehicles will be required to divert via the slip road leading from IEC eastbound to Tong Shui Road for Java Road.

II. Temporary Transport Arrangements

CTB Route No. 722 (Yiu Tung Estate bound) will be required to divert via the slip road leading from IEC eastbound to Tong Shui Road and Java Road before resuming its original routeing.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on-site to guide motorists. Motorists should exercise tolerance and patience in case of traffic congestion. Members of the public are advised to plan their journey early and allow more travelling time to cater for unexpected delay, and watch out for the latest traffic news through media.
