In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 12.00 midnight to 6.00 a.m. daily from 6 to 7 December 2025 and 9 to 14 December 2025, the road section of West Kowloon Highway southbound from a point about 760 metres north of its junction with the elevated road of Lin Cheung Road to a point of the same junction will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 80 kilometres per hour.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists.

        At the same time, the existing speed limit of 100 kilometres per hour on the above road sections will be temporarily rescinded.
