TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTICE
Temporary Traffic Arrangements in Central District

        Notice is hereby given that to facilitate construction works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented in Central District from 12.01 am to 5.30 am daily on Mondays to Fridays and from 1.01 am to 5.30 am on Saturdays and Sundays between 11 and 29 December 2025 (except 25 to 27 December 2025):

A.     Road and Lane Closure

The following road sections and traffic lanes will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic:

1. 1. 1. The section of Lung Wo Road between Man Yiu Street and Yiu Sing Street;
      2. The second leftmost lane of Man Cheung Street eastbound near Lung Wo Road;
      3. The leftmost, second leftmost and second rightmost lanes of Man Yiu Street southbound near Lung Wo Road; and
      4. The left and middle lanes of Lung Wo Road westbound near Yiu Sing Street.

B.     Traffic Diversion

1. 1. 1. Affected vehicles on Lung Wo Road westbound heading for Man Yiu Street southbound or Man Cheung Street westbound will be diverted via Yiu Sing Street westbound, Man Yiu Street northbound, roundabout and Man Yiu Street southbound;
      2. Affected vehicles on Man Yiu Street southbound heading for Lung Wo Road eastbound will be diverted via Man Cheung Street westbound, U-turn, Man Cheung Street eastbound, Man Yiu Street northbound, roundabout, Man Yiu Street southbound and Yiu Sing Street eastbound; and
      3. Affected vehicles on Man Po Street heading for Lung Wo Road eastbound will be diverted via Yiu Sing Street eastbound.

C.     Suspension of Parking Spaces

All metered parking spaces and motorcycle parking spaces on Lung Wo Road near General Post Office will be temporarily suspended.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be provided on-site to guide motorists.
