ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
Restricted Zones on Shung Shun Street and Lei Yue Mun Path, Yau Tong


       In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 12 December 2025, the following road sections in Yau Tong will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

    1. The eastern kerbside lane of Shung Shun Street southbound from its junction with Lei Yue Mun Path eastbound to a point about 30 metres north of the same junction; and

    2. The northern kerbside lane of Lei Yue Mun Path eastbound from its junction with Shung Shun Street southbound to a point about 10 metres east of the same junction.

        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-

            (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

            (b)  loading or unloading goods.


       The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
